Come and take on the Halloween horror!

Residents living near Calderstones Park in Allerton might be forgiven for thinking a new Michael Jackson video is being filmed next Saturday if they happen to be passing by when Pam McVitie holds her charity fancy dress Halloween workout.

I’ve just put this petrifying publicity poster together for her to advertise the event which invites people to dress as monsters, vampires and zombies to endure a free 45-minute hellish workout with donations going to the Breast Cancer Care charity.

I’d just like to point out that, contrary to rumour (I’m dead), Pam doesn’t normally look like that — some heavy Photoshopping has been involved. So if you live in the area and fancy a wicked workout, support a good cause and get down to Calderstones Park (details on the poster).
